What is the estimated time of the shipment to arrive?
Typically orders will be dispatched within 6 weeks after the payment. If a longer delivery time is expected you will be notified.
Shipping carrier & shipment time
We use PostNL to deliver your product. Typically your package will be delivered within 2-3 working days within the Netherlands after dispatch. Internationals orders are subject to estimated times by PostNL.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipments are always send with track and trace
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment.
Unfortunately, Activo-Med has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges. Activo-Med is not responsible for any actions taken by customs.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please read more about our return & refund policy here.
